### RTP - Instant Bank Transfer

An RTP eligibility check is performed against the bank routing number.

#### Response values are :

- `ENABLED` - Routing number is eligible for RTP
- `DISABLED` - Routing number is ineligible for RTP
- `UNKNOWN` - Routing number eligibility has not been determined, invoke API call to refresh RTP eligibility status.
