Create a Plaid-linked account bypassing the Plaid Link UI. First create a Bank Widget and supply the `widget_id` in the request body.

## Response Codes

`200` - Request Succeeded

`400` - Bad Request, missing or invalid parameters

`404` - Invalid widget ID
